Return And Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with Murkee to feel easy, clear, and stress-free. Please read through the guidelines below before placing an order. All items purchased during a sale or using a discount are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Returns

Since our collection is made to order to reduce waste, all sales are final. If your order arrives with a quality concern or a major sizing discrepancy, contact us and we will assist you with a solution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted on unused, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. Only one exchange per order is permitted.


How to Initiate an Exchange

Email us at: infomurkee@gmail.com
Mention your Order ID and the size you would like to exchange for.


Exchange Fee

There is a ₹100 exchange fee, covering one-way shipping.


Reverse Pickup

We attempt pickup twice. If unsuccessful, you may need to ship the item back to our studio address.


Processing Time

Exchanges are shipped after QC verification. The full process usually takes 7–9 days.


If Your Size Is Unavailable

You may opt for store credit (valid for 50 days) or exchange for a different product.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours or before it has been processed or dispatched. Once the parcel is on its way, cancellations will no longer be accepted. Since our processing begins quickly, we recommend reaching out at the earliest. To request a cancellation, please write to us at infomurkee@gmail.com.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 7 business days.


Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, we will inform you.
You may ship the product back to us via any reliable courier service, and your return/exchange will be processed accordingly.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at: infomurkee@gmail.com.


Please include clear photos/videos of the product and packaging and a short description of the issue. Requests received after 48 hours cannot be accepted. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or missed deliveries, we will reach out for reshipment or offer store credit valid for 50 days (for prepaid orders).
